INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT ADDENDUM

MY REAL ESTATE COMPANY TOO™

This Addendum (“Addendum”) is incorporated into the Independent Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) between My Real Estate Company™ (“Company”) and the undersigned Independent Contractor (“Contractor”). The purpose of this Addendum is to establish the terms, conditions, and operating framework for Contractors affiliated with My Real Estate Company Too™ (“Too™”), a non-NAR brokerage division of the Company.

By signing this Addendum, Contractor agrees that these provisions are binding and enforceable as part of the primary Independent Contractor Agreement.

1. PURPOSE AND RELATIONSHIP

Too™ operates as a distinct brokerage division of My Real Estate Company™ for non-NAR affiliated agents. It exists to serve licensed professionals who wish to remain fully active in real estate without the obligation of National, State, or Local REALTOR® Association membership or dues.

Too™ provides its agents the same systems, tools, and opportunities offered to My Real Estate Company™ agents—excluding any products, services, or resources that require NAR membership, such as certain MLS platforms or REALTOR®-branded forms.

The Company commits to developing and maintaining proprietary state-approved forms, contracts, and transaction templates in all Too™ operating states where NAR-controlled forms are unavailable.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND AFFILIATION REQUIREMENTS

Contractor must:

• Hold an active, valid real estate license in at least one state in which Too™ operates.
• Remain in good standing with all applicable real estate commissions.
• Satisfy the Company’s onboarding, compliance, and payment requirements.

Contractors affiliated with Too™ acknowledge that:

• They are not REALTORS®, and may not market or represent themselves as such.
• They may operate under a Referral-Only status in any state that restricts non-NAR licensees from practicing real estate. In such cases, Too™ will maintain the agent’s license in referral capacity and ensure compliance with state law.
• Too™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate affiliation for violations of law, ethics, or Company standards.
